Please note that all items are custom and handmade and may have slight imperfections. I do not offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect or error, however, I will work with you to solve the problem and exchange your item. No returns on masks for safety purposes.

Tracking is included with all orders and you will recieve a shipping confirmation. Shipping is with USPS First Class 3-7 business days  for most items. Large art pieces may be sent by FedEx, UPS or USPS and may take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier. Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping international. If you prefer a specific carrier, please reach out so we can arrange this.
